Your product will normally be shipped by UPS Ground delivery unless otherwise specified by the customer. If customer specifies an alternative shipping method then the cost for shipping will be added to the customer invoice. The customer may also elect to charge the shipping to their UPS or Fed Ex account number. Normally products are shipped within 1 - 3 days from the time we recieve the order unless we notify you otherwise. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Orders placed after 1PM eastern time may not be shipped until the next business day. Of course we will do our best to honor special requests for shipping.
If a product is on backorder or delayed due to other reasons we will contact you with the details. Diomedics does its best to keep products in stock and to ship your product as soon as possible.

If you purchased your product directly from Diomedics Light Therapy, Inc. and are not satisfied with the product or the results you may return the item within 10 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any item for a refund minus shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee. simply contact us and/or return your purchase in sellable condition (new or like new condition, no marks, tears, scratches or erasures, on the original product and retail package including all instructions, manuals etc.)
We will notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item, and receive a refund within 30 business days of receipt of your item.
NOTE: Any item that has been tampered with with will not be accepted as a return.
Please call us to notify in advance of a return and send the product back via a trackable method such as UPS, Fed Ex, or Priority Mail with tracking number. is not responsible for lost or damaged items the customer sent back.
NOTE: If you have purchased your item from one of our distrbutors then you must make arrangements with that distrbutor to return the item to them. Diomedics will not accept items that have been purchased from another distributor.
